Job description
Mindful Sprouts is seeking a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to guide the pediatric Speech Therapy Department. You will provide direct patient care while shaping clinical standards, workflows, and documentation, fostering collaboration, accountability, and compassionate care.
You will recruit and mentor SLPs and clinical fellows, supervise SLPAs, manage supervision plans and quality initiatives, and partner with executive leadership to drive growth, service development, and patient outcomes.
