Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC)
Easton, PA
We're hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong financial benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents.
You'll step into an outpatient role providing mental health care to patients up to age 18. You'll split your time between Easton and Allentown while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team that allows you to stay focused on patient care.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• 3 days in Easton and 2 days in Allentown
• Manageable workload of up to 10 patients per day

• You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license
• You're newly licensed or experienced clinician
• You're comfortable providing mental health care to patients up to age 18

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $68,224-$81,868
• Health insurance premiums starting at $16.15 biweekly
• Employer-paid life insurance up to $300,000
• 20 days PTO
• Retirement: 403(b) with 4% employer match
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility up to $55,000
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
