Job description
Shift Pattern
Monday – Friday 24‑hour shift: AM and afternoon rounding in‑house, with on‑call and call‑back in‑house coverage as needed.
Weekend: 24‑hour shifts; on‑call support and occasional call‑back for in‑house coverage due to admission or discharge that cannot wait till Monday.
Level IV NICU, 84 beds
Qualifications
Board Certified
Active Colorado license or IMLC eligible
Minimum of one year’s experience
Availability ongoing – ideal 7‑day weekly blocks
Compensation & Benefits
$1,500 per day for 24‑hour shifts, rounding and call.
Employee Assistance
Malpractice insurance and tail coverage
PTO: Per‑diem team members are not eligible for PTO.
Holidays: Per‑diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.
Other compensation: Per‑diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
