Job description
Role: Nursing Professional Development Practitioner for Pediatric/NICU teams.
Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evaluate educational programs for nurses and interdisciplinary staff.
Support onboarding, competency validation, and ongoing professional development.
Integrate evidence-based practices into training initiatives.
Lead simulation and skills training to enhance clinical competencies.
Partner with clinical leaders to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of pediatric and neonatal care.
Experience in nursing education, staff development, or related fields.
Ability to design effective training programs and evaluate their impact.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
