Job description
Ochsner LSU Health seeks a Nurse Leader to provide patient care using the nursing process within Nurse Practice Act standards. You will delegate and direct licensed and ancillary staff, be accountable for outcomes, and support the department’s strategic goals with cultural sensitivity.
You must demonstrate professional responsibility, maintain compliance with laws and privacy standards, and lead the nursing team toward high-quality care while engaging with diverse patient populations.
