Job description
The Home of the Innocents seeks a Neighborhood Nurse Manager to lead daily nursing operations at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center in Louisville, KY. You will supervise a nursing team and oversee complex pediatric care in a pediatric skilled nursing facility.
On-site role requiring BSN, KY RN license, 5 years RN experience, 2 years in management, and CPR/BLS. You will partner with physicians, drive QAPI, and ensure compassionate, safety-focused care.
