Job description

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an RN - Nurse Navigator for an on-site 13-week contract in Winston-Salem, NC. Shifts are 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, totaling 40 hours weekly, with a base pay range reflected in the ad.

The role covers GI and Pulmonary subspecialties for pediatric patients up to 18 years old, with in-basket management and phone triage as core duties. EPIC EMR experience is preferred; BLS is required.
