As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Job Description

Responsibilities
Deliver individualized treatment plans for children aged birth to 21, ensuring one‑to‑one attention.
Encourage and facilitate parent and caregiver participation in sessions to support skill retention at home.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain patient records using ScribeIQ or similar documentation tools to reduce administrative time.
Adhere to caseload guidelines that prioritize patient‑first care.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Virginia.
Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
