Adaptations Unlimited is a mobile pediatric therapy practice providing OT, PT, Speech, and Developmental therapy in homes, daycares, and community settings across Northern Illinois. Founded by a clinician and proudly woman-owned, our practice started 18 years ago and has grown alongside the families we serve. We specialize in neurodiversity‑affirming, relationship-centered care that supports children (and their families) within their natural routines.

Job Responsibilities
Direct patient care – assessment, treatment of children in their natural environment
Contributing to writing IFSP at team meetings
Timely documentation of all services
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Illinois license
Illinois Early Intervention Credential (we will help you obtain)
