Job description
GREEN APPLE LLC in Weatherford, TX seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve families in Weatherford/Willow Park. This home-health role is based in our Fort Worth division.
You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, create home exercise programs, coordinate with caregivers and other providers, and ensure documentation meets agency standards. Qualifications include Texas OT license; 3+ years in pediatrics preferred; bilingual a bonus; mileage reimbursement and health benefits
