Job description
Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide services from neonatal to adolescent populations. You will evaluate, plan, and implement age-appropriate therapies addressing self-care, play, and sensory-motor goals.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, and document progress in compliance with standards. This role requires NBCOT, Arizona OT license, fingerprint clearance, and BLS certification prior to start date.
