Job description
Cortica is looking for a full time, in center Occupational Therapist to join its growing multi-disciplinary team in Plano, TX!

What will you do?
Establishoccupational therapy treatmentgoalsthrough dynamic and standardized assessment tools
Consult closely with multi-disciplinaryteam members to create collaborative treatment plans andintegrative strategies
Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate
Maintain patient records, documentation, and appropriate billing in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure excellent standard of care
Provideplay based and goal-basedinterventions topromote sensory processing, regulation, and skilldevelopmentin daily occupations
Expect to deliver at least 27 hours of direct patient care each week, excluding time for training, documentation, and administrative meetings
We’d love to hear from you if:
You possess a master’s degree in related field.
You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs.
$2,000 annual continuing education stipend.
Receive competitive compensation, $79,022 to $98,777 depending on experience.
Have an earning capacity that is not capped by salary, and will be eligible to earn an additional $45 for any extra billable hour above productivity expectations.
