Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. The role focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized therapy to pediatric patients in the West Tower Pediatrics unit.
The OT will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and ensure safe, effective care. A Master’s in OT and state licensure are required; BLS certification is expected within 90
