Job description
Carle Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages and serve as a clinical resource for staff and students. The role involves designing and adjusting care plans, educating patients and families, and documenting progress in the EMR.
Strong adherence to safety, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration is expected. The position requires a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, BLS within 30 days, and an active OT license in Illinois per IDFPR.
