Pediatric Occupational Therapist Job in St. Clair Shores, MI – Flourishing Lives is seeking a compassionate, full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist who believes therapy should feel safe, joyful, and deeply relational.

Position
Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized occupational therapy services for children with diverse developmental needs
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Track and document measurable patient progress
Partner closely with families to support carryover at home and in daily routines
Collaborate with speech therapists and other clinicians on shared cases
Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities
Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with best practices
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan
Strong clinical foundation in sensory processing, self-regulation, or feeding therapy
Experience with or interest in child-led, play-based, or trauma-informed care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
