Job description
Herman and Associates Children’s Therapy in Orlando, FL is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy using a strengths-based, child-led approach.
You will mentor COTAs, provide carry-over activities and home programs, and collaborate with the patient care team to ensure follow-up care across clinic and home health settings.
