Job description
GREEN APPLE LLC seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA to support families in Keller, NRH, and Richland Hills. This role serves the Fort Worth division with home-based pediatric therapy, including evaluations, treatment planning, and caregiver education.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, complete required visits, and ensure charts and logs are up to date while adhering to agency policies and ethics.
