Job DescriptionThe Children’s Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing, physician-led practice in Orlando, Florida. Due to continued growth and strong referral demand, this is a unique opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and a highly collaborative team environment focused exclusively on pediatric care.\ N
Practice Highlights:
\ N Established team of 3 Pediatric ENT Surgeons, 3 Audiologists, and 4 Nurse Practitioners
\ N Strong referral base with consistent growth and immediate patient volume
\ N Multidisciplinary, team-based approach to pediatric care
\ N Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including sleep, airway, and sinus conditions
\ N Robust clinical and administrative support infrastructure
\ N Compensation & Benefits:
\ N Base Salary: $420,000
\ N Productivity Bonus: Additional earning potential based on performance
\ N 20 days paid vacation, 5 sick days, and 5 CME days
\ N CME Allowance: $3,500 annually
\ N 12 weeks paid maternityleave
