Job Summary

You'll step into an established demand with a large existing referral network, giving you a fast ramp-up from day one. With dedicated administrative and clinical support, modern surgical technology, and tools like AI scribe, you can focus on what matters most: surgery and patient care.
Position Highlights $75,000 sign-on bonus
Large existing referral network supports rapid practice growth
Located in the medical office building adjacent to the hospital for convenient access
Access to advanced surgical technology and specialized pediatric units
Audiologist services available on-site
Dedicated administrative and clinical staff support
Equipped with modern tools including AI scribe technology
Part of a network spanning 7+ hospitals, neighborhood medical centers, and satellite clinics

Candidate Requirements MD or DO
Board certified/board eligible in Pediatric Otolaryngology by the ABOHNS or AOBOO
TX medical license, or eligible to obtain one
