Job description
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide specialized therapy for children and adolescents in a collaborative, child-friendly clinic in Buffalo Grove, IL.
You will perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy sessions. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support functional skills and participate in team discussions for ongoing care.
