Pediatric Outpatient RN - Care Coordination (Part-Time)

Job description

Texas Children's Outpatient Infusion Center in The Woodlands is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct and telephone nursing care, health teaching, patient advocacy and coordination of care for patients outside the ambulatory setting.

Applicants must hold a valid Texas RN license (or NLC), have a current BLS from the American Heart Association, and at least 9 months of nursing experience. The role emphasizes age-appropriate care, teamwork, and patient-centered planning.
