Job description
UNM Hospitals in New Mexico seeks a Pediatric overnight Pharmacist to provide expert medication management for neonate through geriatric patients in an inpatient setting. You will counsel healthcare teams, compound and dispense medications, and ensure adherence to formulary and safety protocols.
The role includes participation in Continuous Quality Improvement, dosage optimization, and education of residents, students and staff.
