Job description
Transitions LifeCare seeks a Pediatric Palliative Care Specialist - On-Call RN, PRN to provide after-hours and daytime nursing coverage for pediatric patients in the Transitions Kids Program. You will triage calls, conduct telehealth visits, and visit homes to relieve symptoms and support families, in collaboration with the TK team.
Requires NC RN license and BSN, pediatric experience; CHPPN preferred; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
