Job description
Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist or PTA to join our pediatric home health team in Woodstock, NY. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting functional independence and developmental progress while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing plans, implementing interventions, documenting care, and collaborating with the clinical team.
