Pediatrician Opportunities
Pediatrician openings—BE/BC, 100% outpatient, location options in Fayetteville or Lillington, NC
Provide comprehensive pediatric care (birth–adolescence) with support from nurses, subspecialists, and strong referral system
Family-friendly schedule, minimal call (phone only), established patient panels
Modern clinics, collaborative work environment, pediatric hospitalist and subspecialty support when needed
Supportive leadership; opportunities for career and academic growth (new medical school, residency/fellowship teaching optional)
Compensation: base salary + productivity bonus, PTO, malpractice paid, CME/time, health/dental/vision, 403(b)/457(b)
Location: Fayetteville and Lillington, NC—affordable, family-oriented, convenient to Raleigh, the mountains and the coast
