Henry Ford Health is seeking a Pediatric/PICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Henry Ford St. John Children’s Hospital.
The role integrates into the pediatric unit and PICU, optimizing medication management and participating in policy and education initiatives. The successful candidate will mentor pharmacy residents and students, support drug-use evaluation, and provide patient-family education within a decentralized pharmacist model, including weekend coverage and collaboration with NICU
