Job description
Blackbird Health invites applicants to its Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program designed to nurture the next generation of child and adolescent mental health professionals. The program begins January 2027 and combines clinical experience with didactic learning in a hybrid work model.
Salary ranges from $100,000 to $112,000 USD annually, with guaranteed caseload and pathways to join the Blackbird Clinical Services team after residency.
