Job description
UVA Pediatrics Culpeper is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that specializes in primary care pediatrics. The role is outpatient and features a four 10-hour day schedule with rotating Saturday hours, plus on-call responsibilities and PSLF eligibility.
Compensation is tiered by APP experience ($105k–$125k) with a guaranteed incentive early on, and a transition to a wRVU-based model after two years. Comprehensive benefits apply, including time off and retirement plans.
