Job Description Job Description PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in Summit, MS .
We are looking for a nurse who can provide consistent Full-Time day coverage three days per week . With 12-hour shifts and a 3-day workweek , this is a great opportunity for an RN looking for dependable hours while still having four days off each week.
POSITION DETAILS
Location: Summit, MS
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 3 days per week
Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
AVAILABLE SCHEDULE
6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Consistent weekly coverage needed
No overnight shifts
We are ideally looking for an RN who can commit to three consistent shifts each week and become a regular part of the patient's care team.
ABOUT THE CASE
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home.
The assigned nurse will provide one-on-one care throughout the shift , allowing for focused assessment, skilled nursing interventions, and individualized support of the patient and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care
Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition
Administer medications, treatments, and other ordered nursing interventions
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team
Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs
REQUIREMENTS
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi
Current BLS certification
Current TB screening within the past 12 months
Ability to meet all required state background screening requirements
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Pediatric or private duty nursing experience is a plus
THREE DAYS A WEEK. FULL-TIME HOURS. ONE-ON-ONE CARE.
