Job description
Horizon is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner in Orchard Park, NY to provide initial psychiatric examinations and ongoing medication management for patients in mental health and addictions programs. The role includes case conferences, referrals, and strict confidentiality, with a focus on pediatric care (ages 5+).
The ideal candidate holds a NY NP license, NY RN license, and a Master’s in NP with national certification, and has 1+ year experience with children.
