Responsibilities As part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for crisis, acute inpatient, and partial hospitalization care.
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy.
Evaluate, interpret, and coordinate information for patient care decisions.
Support and educate hospital Residency and Fellowship programs.
Interpret biopsychosocial data regarding client status and assume responsibility for interventions.
Participate in on-call and consultation services across two locations, including assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination.
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe medications
Eligible to work in the U.S. (H1-B cap exempt)
