Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY .
If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have ventilator and tracheostomy experience , we'd love to have you join our team.

We are actively hiring Pediatric RNs and Pediatric LPN's for cases throughout Brooklyn .
Available Shifts:
Days
Overnights
Weekdays
Weekends
Flexible 8 or 12-hour shifts

Qualifications
Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current BLS certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
About the Position
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affimrmed Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
