Job description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years PEDS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact by providing specialized pediatric care for children and their families. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about pediatric nursing and dedicated to ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of young patients.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid RN license with a focus or background in Pediatrics
Recent experience working in a pediatric clinical environment
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Proficiency in pediatric-specific protocols and medication administration
Current BLS and PALS certifications required
Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, monitoring condition and responding to changing needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed while ensuring safety and accuracy
Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education and emotional support
Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain up-to-date, accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for young patients

$2,759 - $2,918/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
