Trusted is seeking an experienced allied health professional for this exciting travel assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: - 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Requirements: - Candidates must have a license (required for submission). - This role will require floating to multiple units - Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. - Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. - Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Additional Details: In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Unit Details: Level III NICU/PICU. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
