Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 5 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU. - Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4). - Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED. - Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - CICU experience preferred. - Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU preferred. - Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU preferred.

Special Requests: - RTO blackout dates: 10/11-10/17, 10/29-11/01, 11/23-11/29, 12/22-1/02/2027. - No RTO approved within the first 2 weeks of assignment. - Will be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if contract goes over all 3 holidays; otherwise will only be required to work 1 major holiday.

Shift & Scheduling: - 13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday). - No on-call requirement. - No more than 10 days off during the contract.

Floating Requirements: - Float to North or South Campus (TBD). - May be floated or reassigned to other areas of practice within clinical competence.

10 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/05/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
