Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

If a BSN degree is the highest level of education verify the graduation date and upload a copy of your diploma to your credentails

Required Credentials: Graduation from an approved Respiratory Care Program.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Two (2) years of respiratory care experience in a critical care setting preferred. Previous work in Children’s only hospital preferred.

Unit Details: Provides respiratory therapy services for pediatric patients in all areas served by the department. Administers therapeutic treatments and performs invasive and noninvasive diagnostic testing and monitoring. Participates on the quick response team for cardiac and respiratory arrests.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
