Job description
Georgia Hospice Care's Hands of Hope pediatric program is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans while coordinating with families and the care team. As a key member of the team, you will drive collaboration to ensure high-quality care for children with life-limiting illnesses.
The role requires RN licensure, 3 years of clinical/home health nursing and 1 year in pediatrics, with the ability to lift 80-100 lbs and reliable transportation.
