Job description
Role: The House Supervisor manages patient care and hospital operations during off-shift hours, serving as a key liaison between administration and departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution 24/7.
Manage, train, and evaluate staff to ensure departmental goals are met.
Supervise safe patient care delivery and respond to unique situations as the on-site leader.
Coordinate clinical development of nursing staff through coaching and monitoring compliance.
Act as a communication bridge between administration and staff.
Participate in staffing, budget, and operational planning to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing; RN license required.
2-5 years of nursing experience and Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
