THE POSITION
Current Locations include: Apple Valley, Austin, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Granada, Plymouth, St. Paul & Woodbury, MN areas
Hours: Full Time and Part Time Days, Nights, and Weekends.
Client Specifics: Kids ages birth -18 years old with g-tubes, trachs, and vents
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care so no experience is required to get started. We8ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you8ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you8ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you8ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
