Job description
Make a meaningful impact helping students thrive by providing essential speech-language services in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity allows you to work with diverse student populations while bringing your expertise to school-based therapy-either onsite or remotely.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
Expertise in pediatric and school-based caseloads, including IEP development and progress tracking
Comfortable delivering care in person and via teletherapy platforms
Strong collaboration and communication abilities for interdisciplinary teamwork
Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Key Responsibilities: Assess, identify, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs and educational goals
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families for holistic student support
Keep thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and district standards
Educate and consult with school staff and parents regarding strategies for communication development
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student programs
