Job Description
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
Experience supporting pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
Familiarity with healthcare protocols relevant to SLP practice
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
Ability to adapt therapy plans to each childs unique needs and IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment programs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Provide education and resources to families and staff to support therapy goals
Monitor and communicate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
