Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
Prior experience in educational or pediatric healthcare settings highly valued
Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and organization skills
Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to a varied caseload of students
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in accordance with student needs and IEP requirements
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support personnel to foster student progress
Document services and monitor progress toward established goals
Offer support and consultation to school staff and families regarding effective communication strategies
