Job description
Make a difference in the lives of children by supporting speech and language development! An exciting contract opportunity is available for skilled candidates passionate about school-based speech-language services. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you'll work closely with licensed SLPs to provide comprehensive support for students in an educational setting.

What You'll Bring:
Arkansas licensure (active, pending, or eligibility to apply)
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is helpful, though all skill levels-including CFY and CCC-are encouraged to apply
Ability to assist with IEPs, conduct treatment sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help prepare reports
Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
Commitment to student-centered service
Responsibilities Include: Delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
Supporting with assessments and documentation for student progress
Contributing to IEP meetings and goal development
Communicating regularly with school teams and families
Accommodating age and caseload preferences, ensuring a personalized fit
