Job description
Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a difference in elementary school settings. Work with an elementary-aged caseload and help students develop the communication skills needed for academic success and personal growth. Preferred background and expertise:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials considered
Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary school settings
Background in teletherapy is a plus
Capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for elementary-aged students
Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations clearly
Integrate both in-person and teletherapy delivery, dependent on assignment and needs
