Job description

Required Skills & Experience:
Valid licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings.
Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations.
Proficient in teletherapy and in-person therapy service delivery.
Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
Commitment to supporting students across various developmental levels and backgrounds.
Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Deliver direct therapy services, both on-site and via teletherapy, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
Provide guidance and consultation to educators and families regarding communication strategies.
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to eligibility and re-evaluation processes.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
