Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Monument, Colorado

Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Active CO SLPA licensure required
Experience working in schools (elementary to high school preferred)
Proficiency in SLP for pediatrics, school-based therapy, and healthcare settings
Familiarity with various service delivery models, including in-person and teletherapy
Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered a plus
Strong collaborative skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy sessions onsite to a caseload of K-12 students with a range of communication needs
Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to families and staff
Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student success in the classroom
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
