Job description
Step into a rewarding remote opportunity supporting Minnesota schools as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. Leveraging your expertise, you'll help students across PreK-12th grades develop stronger communication skills through engaging teletherapy sessions. Desired Qualifications:
Active or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency required
At least 2+ years of previous experience in school-based settings (teletherapy experience a plus)
Strong background in pediatric speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention
Familiarity with developing and maintaining IEPs and collaborating with educational teams
Basic knowledge of computer operation and video conferencing tools
Completion of technical screening and internet speed test
Current annual liability insurance ($500K/$500K coverage minimum)
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, provide individualized therapy, and track progress for students with communication disorders
Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
Deliver virtual speech and language therapy sessions and contribute to IEP meetings
Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and outcomes in compliance with school district and federal guidelines
