Qualifications:
Active or pending state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required for SLP applicants
SLP-CCC credential is an advantage, but SLP-CF candidates are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Aptitude for working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students from preschool through high school
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
Contribute to IEP meetings and goal setting for student success
Supervise SLPA staff (for qualified SLP candidates)
Participate in ongoing professional development and in-service training
