As an SLPA, you'll collaborate closely with licensed SLPs and multidisciplinary teams-assisting with IEP management, attending meetings, preparing reports, and delivering hands-on treatment and evaluations. Qualifications & Desired Experience
Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain one
Skills in assessment, documentation, and treatment planning
Familiarity with pediatric populations and/or school settings
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Previous school-based experience is beneficial, but not required
Key Responsibilities Assist SLPs with IEPs and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Support direct and indirect service delivery in assessments, treatment, and documentation
Attend required meetings and help with report writing
Adapt to caseloads based on strengths and preferences
