Job description
Step into a rewarding contract position as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a dynamic and inclusive school environment. This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a diverse caseload of approximately 30 elementary and middle school students, focusing on speech and language development within a supportive educational community.
With therapy rooms and comprehensive materials provided, you'll have the resources you need to deliver high-quality services in a collaborative setting. Flexible scheduling is available at 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to add more hours as needed. Compensation for this position ranges from $42 to $52 per hour, reflecting your experience and dedication.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active State Licensure (CCC or CFY accepted)
Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP roles
Comfort working with ECATS documentation system
Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary and middle school students
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication needs
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on IEP goals
Maintain accurate service records and progress notes in ECATS
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences as needed
